i found the staff friendly and helpful. the food had a good variety with amazing options. the pools were spacious and clean. i enjoyed the large room and comfortable bed. housekeeping kept the place super clean every day. overall it was a great stay.

The staff was kind and always ready to help. my garden view room was upgraded to a golf view, it was a pleasant surprise. the italian and mediterranean à-la-carte restaurants were a true highlight. Dining there in the evening was so relaxing.

The gym is in a separate building. It is about a five-minute walk from the main hotel. no towels are provided, this was a bit inconvenient.

the staff were very good too meet my dietary needs. the hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay. i appreciated the heated pool since some other hotels lack this facility. robes and slippers were provided in the room adding a touch of convenience.

The gym was a bit smaller than expected. There were limited options for strength training.
